OWNER-OPERATED CONTRACTOR-FOCUSED NO AGENCY RUNAROUND

Not service pros. Same machine anyway.

Every client here got the same system — real infrastructure, real SEO architecture, real lead capture, and content that sounds like them. Look at the caliber of the build, then picture it pointed at your trade.

The Hey Aaron! specialist team
REAL CLIENTS. REAL BUILDS.Proof, not promises.

THE PORTFOLIO

Different industries.
The same machine.

CNC shops, poker rooms, golf carts, a touring dinosaur show — all built on the same system your trade would run on. Two per row, so you can actually see the work.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

About the work.

Why does your portfolio show CNC repair shops and poker rooms instead of plumbers and roofers?+

Because the system is the same no matter the industry — a 296-page Cloudflare rebuild for a rural CNC shop and a #1 Google ranking for a poker room prove the machine works on any local business, and your trade is just the next input.

That's the whole point of this page. The infrastructure, the SEO architecture, the lead capture, the content that sounds like the owner — none of it cares whether you fix roofs or repair spindles. If it can take a CNC shop in Waterloo, Iowa to 296 pages that rank, it can do the same for your plumbing company. Different industry, same machine, every time.

How long does a full website rebuild actually take?+

A full rebuild runs about two weeks — for First Byte, the system produced 238 pages in 14 days. Simpler sites go live faster; the pace comes from AI handling production while the strategy, structure, and content stay hand-directed, not from cutting corners.

Fourteen days for 238 pages isn't a template dump — it's real pages with real structure, built to rank. Most local businesses don't need 238 pages, so yours is usually faster. The speed is the whole point of the model: AI does the heavy lifting on production, I own the strategy and the taste, and you're live in days instead of the months an agency would quote.

Do you build everything from scratch, or use website templates?+

Everything is custom-coded, not dropped into a template — the 296-page Midwest CNC site was hand-built on Cloudflare, which is how it gets custom structure, real SEO architecture, and features a drag-and-drop page builder simply can't produce.

No Wix, no WordPress theme, no "pick a template and swap the logo." Your site is built in code and deployed on Cloudflare's edge, which is what lets it scale to hundreds of structured pages and do things templates can't — like the custom functionality you'll see across these projects. A template gets you a website; code gets you a machine.

What platform do you host and build on?+

Everything is built and hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network — the same infrastructure behind the Super Hosting service — so your site is fast, secure, backed up, and owned entirely by you, with no legacy WordPress hosting bill to babysit.

Cloudflare runs a serious chunk of the internet, and it's where your site lives too. That's what makes these builds fast and cheap to run, and it's why hosting is baked into the $500 foundation instead of a surprise line item. You hold the keys to the account — I just build and manage what's inside it.

Can you actually get a small local business to rank #1 on Google?+

Yes — Deuces Wild Poker Club ranks #1 organically for "poker near Huntsville," a real, checkable local ranking win. It's one result in one market, not a blanket guarantee for every keyword, but it's proof the SEO architecture produces actual top rankings.

I won't promise you #1 for everything — anyone who does is lying. What I'll show you is that it happens: a legal poker room in Huntsville sitting at the top of Google for its money keyword. That came from the same build system every client here gets. Go search it yourself; that's the kind of proof I'd rather hand you than a promise.

What happens to duplicate or messy business listings from a previous agency?+

We audit and clean them up — for JAC Builders, the process found and fixed a duplicate Google account left behind by a prior agency, the kind of mess that quietly splits your reviews and rankings and confuses Google about who you actually are.

Switching agencies usually means inheriting a mess: duplicate listings, half-finished profiles, logins nobody has. Part of the job is finding that stuff and fixing it — like the duplicate account we caught on JAC Builders. Duplicates bleed your reviews across two profiles and tell Google you might be two different businesses. Cleaning it up is often the fastest ranking win there is.

Do you build things beyond websites — email, automation, subscriptions?+

Yes — the work here goes well past web design: a 3-touch automated cold-email and newsletter system for Lakeside Ink & Threadz, and a brand-new $44/month subscription product built for Jurassic Quest. If it drives leads or revenue, it's on the table.

"Web designer" undersells it. I've built automated email sequences that follow up so the owner doesn't have to, newsletters that bring past customers back, and even stood up a recurring subscription product from scratch. The website is the hub, but the system around it — automation, email, new revenue lines — is where a lot of the money actually is.

How is a website you build different from a DIY site builder like Wix or Squarespace?+

A DIY builder gives you a page; a custom build gives you functionality it can't — for Polk County Golf Carts, that meant replacing DocuSign with built-in e-signatures at $0 per signature, a custom feature no drag-and-drop tool offers.

Wix and Squarespace are fine for "I need a website to exist." They fall apart the second you need something specific — a custom quote flow, a booking integration, e-signatures that don't cost you per document. Polk County was paying DocuSign per signature; the rebuild made that $0 by building it in. That's the line between a template and a tool built for your business.

Do you only work with small local businesses, or also bigger regional/national brands?+

Both — the portfolio runs from Main Street to national, including Jurassic Quest (a touring national event) and Consent Resolve (an owned MarTech SaaS product). The same system scales up; most clients are local service pros, but the builds aren't limited to them.

Most of who I work with is exactly who this site is for — local service businesses that need booked jobs. But the same machine has handled a national touring event and a from-scratch software product, so range isn't the question. Whether you're one truck or a regional brand, the build adapts; the standards don't.

Are these real, still-active client projects, or just concept work?+

These are real, live client engagements — not mockups or concept work. Most are active, ongoing relationships you can visit and verify, which is exactly why the screenshots link straight to the real sites instead of hiding behind a polished case-study render.

Nothing on this page is a pretty fake. They're actual businesses with actual websites I built and, in most cases, still run. Click through — you'll land on the live site, not a design mockup. I'd rather you check my work than take my word for it, because "real and verifiable" beats "impressive-looking" every time.

TEN MINUTES. NO PITCH DECK.
