Dosey Doe — The Big Barn
A strategy, brand, and analysis engagement — not a website rebuild — for a legendary 420-seat Texas live-music venue. We combined investor storytelling, historical show research, Search Console analysis, competitive SEO benchmarking, event-revenue modeling, and an AI-powered promotion architecture — built to turn a beloved local venue into a more measurable, scalable business.

THE MISSION
What this project set out to do.
Scope note first: this was a strategy, design, and analysis engagement — a custom investor pitch deck, historical research, an AI-promotion architecture, and SEO analysis. It was not a website rebuild, and the SEO recommendations aren’t claimed as implemented.
- Package the legacy.Turn 20 years of shows and a 165-year-old barn into a persuasive, sourced investor story.
- Prove the numbers.Fetch the real figures — 420 seats, 1.72 acres, ~3,100 shows since 2006 — instead of guessing.
- Automate the promotion.Design an AI-avatar video pipeline that turns the event calendar into social posts, no camera and no editor.
- Find the discovery gap.Analyze Search Console and benchmark against a competitor winning on non-branded discovery.
- Model the economics.Turn the ticket calendar into a revenue ceiling and an acquisition-budget scenario.
THE POWERS WE DEPLOYED
The same lineup — pointed at a machine shop.
Not the full build system — this was strategy and analysis. Here are the powers that actually applied, and where each lives on the site.
Brand Man + AI ManHero Web Design A custom-designed HTML investor pitch deck — dark-luxury palette, Playfair Display type, a scannable stat grid — with figures researched from the live property listing (420 seats, 1.72 acres, 2006 opening), plus an AI-avatar concept that translates the “Dosey Doe Coffee” cartoon mascot into a photoreal spokesperson.
SwarmSocial Blast A full no-human-required promotion pipeline, mapped end to end: event calendar → Zapier/Make → HeyGen AI-avatar script + video → Opus Clip → auto-post to socials — so a venue booking 3–5 shows a week can produce weekly promo video at near-zero marginal labor.
Prompt ManSearch Engine Optimization An executive Search Console analysis (queries, pages, CTR, device, geography), a competitive SEO benchmark against Main Street Crossing that quantified the non-branded discovery gap, and a 90-day organic-growth plan — evergreen artist/genre content, event schema, metadata and CTR fixes.WHAT GOT BUILT
The numbers.
“Dosey Doe isn’t one simple business. We have live music, restaurants, multiple venues and a brand people have known for years. Aaron understood how all those pieces fit together and made the marketing feel like Dosey Doe instead of turning us into another generic entertainment website.”
