MISSION FILE · GROWTH & ACQUISITION
JAC Builders
A Florida roofing company with a great reputation but weak digital distribution — 144 five-star reviews, but almost no organic discovery. We ran the acquisition and ops fixes: traced their Local Service Ads failure to a duplicate account most agencies would never find, put an AI voice agent on inbound leads, and rebuilt their Google profiles.

THE MISSION
What this project set out to do.
Scope note first: the flagship work is the acquisition and ops fixes on JAC’s live business. The from-scratch site rebuild is built but not yet on the production domain — so there’s no before/after here, and nothing on this page claims a finished redesign.
- Fix what’s silently broken.Find why the Local Service Ads weren’t serving — before spending another dollar optimizing them.
- Stop paying for voicemails.Put an AI voice agent on inbound LSA calls so paid leads get answered, day or night.
- Own the Google profiles.Correct the category, rewrite the descriptions, and get both offices’ profiles serving.
- Answer every review, on-brand.An AI-assisted review-response system that reads like a human, not a template.
- Rebuild for the long game.A from-scratch site with an AI auto-blog — built and in progress, not yet on the production domain.
THE POWERS WE DEPLOYED
The same lineup — pointed at a machine shop.
The powers that carried this one — local ads, Google profiles, and reputation. Each is a real service on this site.
MarqueeGoogle Local Service Ads The LSA weren’t serving — and it wasn’t a bidding problem. We traced it to a duplicate GBP/LSA account tied to a second Odessa profile (plus a license-address mismatch), fixed the root cause, and built the profile out to campaign-ready. Then we put an AI voice agent (“Morgan”) on inbound calls — with dual-office routing and LSA-dispute logic — so paid leads stop going to voicemail.
SEO ManGoogle Business Profile Corrected the primary category from General Contractor to Roofing Contractor, wrote 15 GBP service descriptions and built the profile out to 16 services and 9 products with SEO copy, and rewrote the business description to front-load the license numbers and the Owens Corning credential.
5-Star ManReview Management An AI-optimized review-response system — keyword-natural, personalized with real reviewer and staff names, with varied openings so nothing reads templated — plus a negative-review playbook that de-escalates without a public argument and moves the conversation offline.WHAT GOT BUILT
The numbers.
“Most marketing companies would have given us a nice-looking contractor website and called it done. Aaron built around how homeowners actually choose a builder—trust, proof, location, the work we do and an easy way to start the conversation. It feels less like a website and more like our best salesperson.”
