MISSION FILE
Lakeside Ink & Threadz
Lifted Kristen’s embroidery shop off a rented Mocha SPA onto a static Cloudflare Worker she owns, wrapped it in 30+ SEO/AEO-tuned pages, and bolted on a cron-driven cold-email engine, an autonomous blog writer, and a live lead dashboard — so the site stops being a brochure and starts being a lead machine.

- Get found.Per-city and per-service pages, deep schema, and an IndexNow ping on every publish.
- Market itself.A 3-touch cold-email engine, a monthly newsletter, and an autonomous blog writer — all on cron.
- See it.A live client dashboard so leads and outreach performance aren’t a black box.
THE POWERS WE DEPLOYED
The same lineup — pointed at a machine shop.
The same roster we run for service pros — here it is pointed at an embroidery shop. Each power is a real service on this site.
Brand Man + AI ManHero Web Design The rented SPA snapshotted into 30+ pre-rendered pages on a locked type + color system (Bebas Neue + Nunito), scrubbed brand-clean of the old vendor’s watermark, tracker, and favicon so nothing on the site names the platform she left.
CF ManSuper Hosting A single Cloudflare Worker + static assets + one KV namespace, with two cron schedules and git-push auto-deploy. Kristen owns the DNS, the hosting, and the email path — no rented platform in the loop.
Prompt ManSearch Engine Optimization A 41-URL sitemap, 8 city + 13 service pages, FAQ schema on 28 pages, a real AggregateRating, an llms.txt with an 11-AI-crawler allowlist, and an IndexNow ping on every publish so Bing and friends re-crawl in minutes, not weeks.
Dr. DeliveryCustomer Email Newsletter A 3-touch, category-personalized cold-email sequence from Kristen’s own name plus a monthly newsletter — CAN-SPAM-clean with one-click unsubscribe, an engagement webhook that auto-enrolls opens and drops bounces to a suppression list forever.WHAT GOT BUILT
The numbers.
“Aaron didn’t just make us look more professional. He figured out how to take everything we offer and turn it into something customers immediately understand and want to buy. That’s the difference between having a website and having marketing.”
