The first five Lake Livingston-area HVAC or plumbing clients get the full Honor Roll plan for $300/mo — locked in for as long as they stay. The reason, honestly: we need named local case studies, and your before-and-after report card with your name on it is worth more to us than the difference. After five clients, this goes away.

Are there contracts?

No long-term contracts — everything is month-to-month. Your grade goes up on the public scoreboard or you should fire us. That's the whole model.

What's the "ad spend separate + 10%" part?

On plans with ad management, the plan fee covers the work; the money that actually goes to Facebook/Google is yours and billed by them, and we add 10% of that spend for managing it. So a $1,000 ad budget = $100 management on top of your plan.

Can I switch plans later?

Any month, up or down. Most shops start at Enrolled (or the founding-five Honor Roll deal) and move up once the reviews and rankings start compounding.

How is this so much cheaper than an agency?
