When you fill out a contact form, order form, or our Build My Site Plan wizard, we collect:

- Your business location and the trade you work in
- Information about the services you're interested in
- Anything else you choose to share in the message box
When you visit our website, we may also collect:
- Standard web log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
- Cookies to remember you between visits (you can disable these in your browser)
- Anonymized analytics data via Google Analytics
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you give us to:
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Send you the site-build plan you requested
- Follow up about marketing services you may want
- Provide the services you sign up for
- Improve our website and offerings
We do not sell your personal information. Period.
4. Who We Share It With
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business — like email services (Resend, Cloudflare), hosting (Cloudflare Pages), analytics (Google), and customer chat (Tawk.to). Each handles your data under their own privacy policies.
If you become a client, your information may be shared with platforms we manage on your behalf (Google Business Profile, Facebook Ads, Thumbtack, etc.) — only as needed to deliver the services you've signed up for.
We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies for basic site functionality, to remember preferences, and for analytics. You can turn off cookies in your browser. Some site features may not work as well without them.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Ask us what information we have about you
- Ask us to update or correct it
- Ask us to delete it (we'll delete what we can — some records we need to keep for tax/legal reasons)
- Opt out of marketing communications anytime (every email has an unsubscribe link)

We use industry-standard security (HTTPS, encrypted hosting, secure email transmission) to protect your information. We won't pretend that any system is 100% secure — but we treat your data carefully.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are for businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be announced via email if you're on our list.
