The story
Ask any contractor around the lake "how do you stack up against the other guys on Google?" and you'd get a shrug. Nobody knew — not really. So we built the thing that answers it: the Lake Livingston Service Pro Report, a public site that grades every service business in Polk, Walker, San Jacinto and Trinity counties, every week, on the exact signals homeowners use to pick who gets the call.
The agency exists because of what the data showed: in almost every trade, the #1 spot is held with numbers a serious local shop can catch inside a year. Somebody's going to do the catching. We work for those shops.
The rules we work by
Clients get graded by the exact same public formula as everyone else. If our clients' grades don't climb, everyone can see it — including you, before you hire us.
We won't work for two plumbers fighting over the same customers. First one in gets the seat; everyone else gets the free report card.
No annual contracts. The public scoreboard is the retention strategy — if the grade stops climbing, you should leave.
